Notice the Season You're In
“If only I had known then what I know now—that even in the hardest seasons like motherhood, grief, breakdown and burnout that I was still growing beneath the surface, I would have let go sooner.” - Suzie x

In a world that celebrates constant productivity and progress, it's easy to feel like we always need to be "doing more." But what if true healing, growth, and transformation begin when we simply pause—and notice the season we’re in?
I now realize that through my hardest seasons I made it harder on myself by trying to push through and find answers, when my mind and body were needing me to slow down and rest and recover.
Nature is one of our greatest teachers. Trees don’t fight autumn. They release their leaves without resistance, trusting that the next season will come. Flowers don’t bloom all year long.
They rest in winter, store energy underground, and return in their own time.
And yet, when it comes to us, we often ignore the rhythm of our own inner seasons.
Just like nature, we go through cycles: moments of energy, clarity, and blossoming—and moments of confusion, grief, or rest.
Each one is valid. Each one has a purpose.
The Power of Acknowledgment
The first step in any healing journey is acknowledging where you are right now—not where you think you "should" be.
Are you in a season of shedding, like autumn? A season of stillness, like winter?
Or a season of renewal and growth, like spring?
When we stop fighting the season we’re in, we give ourselves the permission to slow down, breathe, and be present. In that space, we find the clarity to move forward without force.
You Are Not Behind—You’re Becoming
There is no "right" time to bloom. No deadline to heal.
Your process is yours, and you’re not late to your life.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is surrender to the moment and listen.
What does your body need? What is your heart telling you? What old beliefs or habits are ready to fall away like leaves in the wind?
Nature Doesn’t Rush, But Everything Gets Done.
This week, take a walk outside. Observe the trees, the sky, the air.
Let yourself soften into the reminder that growth doesn’t need to be loud.
Healing doesn’t always look like progress. Sometimes it looks like rest. Like stillness. Like silence.
And that’s more than okay. That’s sacred and what is needed.
So today, I invite you to notice your season. Embrace it. Honor it. Trust it.
Because just like in nature, your next season is always on the way.
Remember what is happening on the outside is a result of what is happening within.
That’s why I created the Allow Framework, a simple 5-step system designed to help others to heal your past, create the future you deserve, and reconnect with your truest self.
It’s not just about personal growth—it’s about letting go of what no longer serves you, embracing your uniqueness, and stepping into your power.
I believe in healing that goes beyond the surface. It’s about acknowledging the emotions we’ve carried for too long, letting go of fears rooted in childhood, learning to love ourselves deeply, and opening up to the possibilities that life has waiting for us.
If you’re here, I'm guessing you might feel a pull for something more—more peace, more joy, more alignment with who you really are.
Maybe you’re ready to improve your health, let go of stress, strengthen your relationships, or take the first step toward living your dreams.
No matter where you are on your journey, this space is for you. Together, we’ll explore tools like meditation, EFT tapping, self-love practices, and habit shifts.
We’ll make space for transformation and create a life that feels aligned with your soul.
So, if you’re ready to begin this journey, welcome!
