Gardens & Children need the same things...

Patience, love & someone who will never give up on them

Tending to your Inner Garden

In my last post we explored how your inner garden grows - how the seeds planted in childhood and the experiences we've had, shape what lives within us.

But awareness is only the beginning.

So, let's look at how to care for your garden.

Starting with Awareness

Before anything can change, we need to see it.

To Pause,

To Breathe,

To look within, without judgement.

This is where we begin to acknowledge the thoughts, the patterns & the emotions that keep showing up.

Not as something 'wrong' but as something that is ready to be understood.

Gently Letting Go

We don't pull everything out at once.

We don't force change.

Instead, we begin to gently loosen what no longer serves us...

Old beliefs, Old fears & Old ways of coping.

With compassion, not control.

Because these weeds once had a purpose, they helped us feel safe.

But we don't need them the same anymore.

Planting New Seeds

As space begins to open up, something beautiful happens.

We get to choose what we plant next.

Seeds of Self-love, Trust, Calm & Authenticity

And the more we nurture these the more they begin to grow.

Creating space for Growth

A garden needs space, light and consistency... so do we.

Through small daily choices - new habits, new thoughts & new way of being - we begin to create an environment where flowers can thrive.

Coming Back to You

This isn't about having a perfect garden...

Its about re-connecting with it,

Caring for it & understanding it.

Because underneath it all... You were always there.

This is The Journey Back to You , if you are ready to get started?
